2011 in a nutshell

RECAP: 2011

The Year of Surprises and Blessings

Looking back on 2011 tires me- so much happened last year. 

We attended the Cotton Bowl in Dallas - great time!

We took a trip to Asheville in March (where Daniel bought my ring). 

I thought I had left Starkville for a final time in May.

I interviewed and got my first big girl job. I had my first mental breakdown on June 5. I had to quit my first real job. 

Daniel stayed in Starkville all summer. We got married July 30.

 Found an apartment in 2 weeks... and found out we were having a girl!

I got a paid internship in Starkville.

 Daniel graduated with 21 hours. I for real graduated.

Daniel got his first big boy job. 

We bought our first home.

And 2012 brings us our first baby girl!

WHEW.

That will be a year to remember. We are so thankful God has guided us along this path. He was faithful when we were not. He has allowed us to serve Him through the “storm”.

One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock.
